A. Warm-up: Range of Motion, CF671 Warm-up

B. Strength: Floor Press: 3-3-3 (70%/80%/90%)

C. Conditioning:

For time:

  • 35 x weighted push-ups (25/10)
  • Run 400 meters
  • 30 x kettlebell swings (53/35)
  • Run 350 meters
  • 25 x weighted push-ups (25/10)
  • Run 300 meters
  • 20 x kettlebell swings (53/35)
  • Run 250 meters
