A. Warm-up: Range of Motion, CF671 Warm-up

B. Strength: Back Squat: 3-3-3 (70%/80%/90%)

C. Conditioning:

AMRAP 12 minutes:

  • 7 x goblet squats (53/35)
  • 6 x AbMat Sit-ups
  • 5 x goblet squats (53/35)
  • 4 x Roll-to-Candlestick
