A. Warm-up: Range of Motion, CF671 Warm-up

B. Strength: Front Squat: Find 1RM

C. Conditioning:

5 RFT:

  • 10 x Goblet squats (53/35)
  • 10 x Kettlebell swings (53/35)
  • Run 250 meters
