B. Strength: Front Squat: 5-3-1+ (75%/85%/95%)

C. Conditioning:

2-7-2 Pyramid reps of:

  • Front Squats (95/65)
  • Hollow Rocks
  • Strict Pull-ups

* Rep scheme is: 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2
