B. Strength: Floor Press: 3-3-3+ (70%/80%/90%)

C. Conditioning: METCON

AMRAP 12 minutes:

  • 2 x Wall walks
  • 2 x Strict pull-ups
  • 4 x Weighted Push-ups (25/10)
