B. Strength: Floor Press: 5-5-5 (65%/75%/85%)

C. Conditioning:

For time:

  • Run 400 meters
  • 15 x Ground-to-Overheads (85/55)
  • 5 x toes-to-bar
  • Run 300 meters
  • 10 x Ground-to-Overheads (95/65)
  • 10 x toes-to-bar
  • Run 200 meters
  • 5 x Ground-to-Overheads (105/75)
  • 15 x toes-to-bar

Ground-to-Overhead: Deadlift, Hang Power Clean, Push Press
