A. Warm-up: Range of Motion, Burgener Warm-up x 2

B. Strength: Overhead Squat: Find 1RM

C. Conditioning:

For time:

  • Run 400 meters
  • 15 x Overhead Squats (65/35)
  • 5 x Roll-to-Candlestick
  • Run 300 meters
  • 10 x Overhead Squats (75/45)
  • 10 x Roll-to-Candlestick
  • Run 200 meters
  • 5 x Overhead Squats (85/55)
  • 15 x Roll-to-Candlestick
