B. Strength: Press: Find 1RM

C. Conditioning: METCON

AMRAP 14 minutes:

  • 2 x broad jumps, length of bar
  • 2 x Deadlifts (115/85)
  • 2 x Hang power cleans (115/85)
  • 2 x Push press (115/85)
