B. Strength: Overhead Squat: 5-3-1+ (75%/85%/95%)

C. Conditioning:

  • 10 x wallballs (20/14)
  • Farmer’s Carry 100 meters (45/25)
  • Run 100 meters
  • 20 x Overhead Squats (35/15)
  • Run 100 meters
  • Farmer’s Carry 100 meters (45/25)
