A. Warm-up: Range of Motion, CF671 Warm-up

B. Strength: Press: 5-3-1+ (75%/85%/95%)

C. Conditioning:

For Time:

1. Run 1600 meters

2. 5 rounds of:

  • 2 x Power Cleans (115/85)
  • 4 x Shoulder-to-Overhead (115/85)
  • 6 x hollow rocks

3. Run 400 meters
