B. Strength: Front Squat: 3-3-3+ (70%/80%/90%)

C. Conditioning:

For time:

  • 15 x Air squats
  • 15 x Hollow Rocks
  • 20 x Goblet squats (53/35)
  • 20 x Leg circles
  • 25 x Front squats (65/35)
  • 25 x Superman
  • 30 x Front-rack lunges (65/35)
  • 30 x Roll-to-Candlestick
