  • 21 x Power Cleans (95/65)
  • 21 x Wall balls (20/14)
  • Run 200 meters
  • 15 x Power Cleans  (95/65)
  • 15 x Wall balls (20/14)
  • Run 300 meters
  • 9 x Power Cleans  (95/65)
  • 9 x Wall balls (20/14)
  • Run 400 meters
