  • 50 x hand release push-ups
  • Run 400 meters
  • 40 x decline push-ups (20’)
  • Run 400 meters
  • 30 x weighted push-ups (25/10)
  • Run 400 meters
  • 20 x incline push-ups
  • Run 400 meters
  • 10 x Shoulder-to-overheads (115/85)
