B. Strength: Back Squat: 5-5-5+ (65%/75%/85%)

C. Conditioning:

For time:

  • 15 x Air squats
  • 15 x Roll-to-Candlestick
  • 20 x Jumping squats
  • 20 x Superman
  • 25 x Back squats (65/35)
  • 25 x 4-count flutter kicks
  • 30 x Back-rack lunges (65/35)
  • 30 x Hollow Rocks
