A. Warm-up: Range of Motion, CF671 Warm-up

B. Strength: Front Squat: Find 1RM

C. Conditioning:

3 RFT:

  • 20 x Front squats (65/35)
  • Run 200 meters
  • 20 x Front rack in-place lunges (65/35), 10 per leg
  • Run 200 meters
  • 20 x AbMat Sit-ups
  • Run 200 meters
