A. Warm-up: Range of Motion, CF671 Warm-up

B. Strength: Back Squat: Find 1RM

C. Conditioning:

3 RFT:

  • 20 x overhead plate lunges (45/25), 10 per leg
  • Run 200 meters
  • 20 x jumping squats
  • Run 200 meters
  • 20 knees-to-elbows
  • Run 200 meters
