B. Strength: Press: 3-3-3 (70%/80%/90%)

C. Conditioning:

4 RFT:

  • 2 x Clean and Push Press (105/75)
  • 3 x Clean and Push Jerks (105/75)
  • 4 x Clean and Split Jerks (105/75)
  • 5 x 4-count flutter kicks
  • Run 400 meters
