B. Strength: Snatch: 5-5-5 (65%/75%/85%)

C. Conditioning:

For time:

  • Run 200 meters
  • 15 x Snatches (95/65)
  • 15 x Hand release push-ups
  • Run 300 meters
  • 12 x Snatches (95/65)
  • 12 x Hand release push-ups
  • Run 400 meters
  • 9 x Snatches (95/65)
  • 9 x Hand release push-ups
