B. Strength: Hang Squat Clean: 5-5-5+ (65%/75%/85%)

C. Conditioning: METCON

For time:

15-12-9-6 reps of:

  • Hang Power Cleans (95/65)
  • Goblet squats (35/20)
  • Knees-to-elbows
