  • Run 400 meters
  • 12 x Deadlifts (145/125)
  • Run 300 meters
  • 9 x Deadlifts (155/135)
  • Run 200 meters
  • 6 x Deadlifts (165/145)
  • Run 100 meters
  • 3 x Deadlifts (175/155)
