B. Strength: Deadlift: 5-3-1+ (75%/85%/95%)

C. Conditioning: METCON

For time:

6-5-4-3-2-1 reps of

  • deadlifts (225/175)
  • kettlebell goblet squats (53/35)
  • Turkish get-up (53/35)
