B. Strength: Front Squat: 3-3-3+ (70%/80%/90%)

C. Conditioning: METCON

AMRAP 14 minutes:

  • 2 x Front squats (95/65)
  • 4 x Front squats lunges
  • 6 x Hand release push-ups
