CF 671 Monthly Challenge WOD, March 2013

Here is the March 2013 Monthly Challenge WOD:

An athlete may perform the WOD as many times during the month as they want. Scoring is based on the honor system.

The winner is the athlete who scores the highest with the WOD performed AS PRESCRIBED. Scaling up or down or substituting a movement(s) are not counted.

The WOD may be also used as part of a selection process for future competitions.

For time:

  • 3 rounds of “Cindy”
  • “Diane”
  • 3 rounds of “Cindy”

*1 round of Cindy = 5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups, 15 air squats

* Diane = 21-15-9 reps of deadlifts (225/185) and hand-stand push-ups
