  • 10 push-ups
  • Run 300 meters
  • 5 snatches (85/65)
  • 15 push-ups
  • Run 200 meters
  • 3 snatches (95/75)
  • 20 push-ups
  • Run 100 meters
  • 2 snatches (105/85)
