B. Strength: Hang Squat Clean: Find 1RM

C. Conditioning: METCON

For time:

  • 15 x clusters (95/65)
  • 15 x broad jumps, length of bar
  • 12 x clusters (95/65)
  • 12 x broad jumps, length of bar
  • 9 x clusters (95/65)
  • 9 x broad jumps, length of bar
  • 6 x clusters (95/65)
  • 6 x broad jumps, length of bar

Cluster: squat clean transitioned into a thruster.
