A. Warm-up: Range of Motion, CF671 Warm-up

B. Strength: Floor Press: Find 1RM

C. Conditioning: METCON

On the minute, for 12 minutes, do:

  • 4 overhead plate lunges at the top of the minute (25/10)
  • As many weighted push-ups (25/10) for the rest of the minute

Score is load x the total number of push-ups
