Strength and Conditioning Training Sessions: 0430, 0530, and 1700

A. Warm-up: Range of Motion, CF671 Warm-up

B. Strength: Press: 5-3-1+ (75%/85%/95%)

C. Conditioning: METCON

For rounds and load: On the minute, for 15 minutes, with clean and jerk reps increasing by one rep each minute, do:

  • 2 burpees at the top of the minute
  • Clean and jerk (95/65) reps for the rest of the minute

Score is load x the number of the last successful minute
