B. Strength: Floor Press: 3-3-3 (70%/80%/90%)

C. Conditioning: METCON

For time:

  • Run 800 meters
  • 50 push-ups
  • 40 toes-to-bar
  • 30 goblet squats (53/35)
  • 20 kettlebell swings (53/35)
  • 10 handstand push-ups
  • Run 800 meters
