B. Strength: Front Squat: 5-5-5+ (65%/75%/85%)

C. Conditioning: METCON

For Time:

3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3 reps of:

  • Power clean (95/65)
  • Front squats (95/65)
  • Pull-ups
