B. Strength: Back Squat: 5-5-5+ (65%/75%/85%)

C. Conditioning: METCON

AMRAP 14 minutes:

  • 7 x goblet squats (53/35)
  • 7 x kettlebell swings (53/35)
  • 7 x knees-to-elbows
