B. Strength: Hang Squat Clean: 5-3-1 (75/85/95)

C. Conditioning: METCON

AMRAP 15 minutes:

  • 3 x power cleans (95/65)
  • 5 x hang power cleans (95/65)
  • 7 x toes-to-bar
