A. Warm-up: Range of Motion, CF 671 Warm-up

B. Strength: Floor Press: 5-3-1 (75%/85%/95%)

C. Conditioning: METCON

AMRAP 15 minutes:

  • 3 x wall walkers
  • 5 x chest-to-bar pullups
  • 7 x Kettlebell Swings (53/35)
