B. Strength: Snatch: 3-3-3 (70/80/90)

C. Conditioning: METCON

AMRAP 15 minutes:

  • 3 x power snatch (95/65)
  • 4 x hang power snatch (95/65)
  • 5 x box jumps (20”)
