A. Warm-up: Range of Motion, CF671 Warm-up

B. Strength: Press: Find 1RM

C. Conditioning: METCON

6 rounds for time:

  • 2 x power clean (95/65)
  • 4 x push press (95/65)
  • 6 x front squat lunges (95/65)
  • run 300 meters
