Strength and Conditioning Training Sessions: 0430, 0530, and 1700

A. Warm-up: Range of Motion, CF 671 Warm-up

B. Strength: Floor Press: 5-3-1+ (75%/85%/95%)

C. Conditioning: METCON

“Cindy”

AMRAP 20 minutes:

  • 5 x pull-ups
  • 10 x push-ups
  • 15 air squats

OR

“Running Cindy”

8 RFT:

  • 5 x pull-ups
  • 10 x push-ups
  • 15 air squats
  • Run 200 meters
