Strength and Conditioning Training Sessions: 0430, 0530, and 1700

A. Warm-up: Range of Motion, CF 671 Warm-up

B. Strength: Back Squat: 3-3-3+ (70%/80%/90%)

C. Conditioning: METCON

For time:

  • 10, 9, 8….3, 2, 1 Goblet Squats (53/35)
  • 5 kettlebell swings (53/35)
  • Run 100 meters
