Strength and Conditioning Training Sessions: 0430, 0530, and 1700

A. Warm-up: Range of Motion, Burgener Warm-up x 2

B. Strength: Snatch: Find 1 RM

C. Conditioning: METCON

On the minute for 14 minutes, do 3 power snatches; use 60% of your 1RM for the load and focus on correct form. For the rest of the minute do as many as AbMat sit-ups as possible.

Score = snatch load x total sit-up reps
