Strength and Conditioning Training Sessions: 0430, 0530, and 1700

A. Warm-up: Range of Motion, CF671 Warm-up

B. Strength: Shoulder Press: Find 1 RM

C. Conditioning: METCON

AMRAP 12 minutes:

  • 1 x Press Complex (use 85% of 1RM for load)
  • 4 x front-rack lunges (2 per leg)
  • 6 x 4-count flutter kicks

Score = Total rounds completed x barbell load.

Press Complex: 1 x Power Clean, 1 x Strict Press, 2 x Push Press, 3 x Push Jerk
