A. Warm-up: Range of Motion, Burgener Warm-up x 2

B. Strength: Snatch: 3-3-3 (70%/80%/90%)

C. Conditioning: METCON

For reps and load:

On the minute, for 12 minutes, do 5 burpees.

For the rest of the minute do as many kettlebell Snatches (35/20) as possible; switch arms every minute.

Score is total Snatch reps times load.
