3+ Hours Before or After CF Strength & Conditioning WOD

Time Trial / Tempo (TT/T) FRI – Choose ONE of the following sports:

Swim (WOD: 1000m TT)

Bike (WOD: 10M TT)

Run (WOD: 10k TT)
