Strength and Conditioning Training Sessions: 0430, 0530, and 1700

A. Warm-up: Range of Motion, CF 671 Warm-up

B. Strength: Floor Press: 3-3-3+ (70%/80%/90%)

C. Conditioning: METCON

AMRAP 15 minutes:

  • 4 x Sumo Deadlift High-Pull (95/65)
  • 6 x jumping pull-ups
  • 8 x Hand-release Push-ups

3+ Hours Before or After CF Strength & Conditioning WOD

Choose ONE of the following sports:

SWIM: Off

RUN:  SS Tue, 3S Tue (WOD: TABATA)

BIKE:  SS Wed, 3S Wed (WOD:  TABATA)
