3+ Hours Before or After CF Strength & Conditioning WOD

Choose ONE of the following sports:

Swim: SS Sat, 3S Off (WOD: 1000m @ 95% of last 800m TT)

Run: Off     

Bike: SS Wed, 3S Wed (WOD: 2-4 x 1k, spin/rest 1:30, hold within 3-5 seconds, then follow with 2-4 x 2k, spin/rest 2:00, hold within 3-5 seconds)                                                                                                                                                                                            Note: CFE trainer will be available at 0515 for group session.  Link-up location is CF671 Parking Lot
