A. Warm-up: Range of Motion, CF671 Warm-up

B. Strength: None

C. Conditioning: METCON

“CrossFit Total”

  • Back Squat
  • Shoulder Press
  • Deadlift

You are allowed three attempts per lift. Your score is the sum total of the heaviest successful attempt for each lift.
