CrossFit 671 August 2011 PainStorm

In honor of the U.S. Coast Guard, which celebrated its 221st birthday on August 4, here is CF 671’s August PainStorm.

Perform the WOD No Later Than August 13, 2011.

WOD: “Semper Paratus”

10 rounds for time of:

  1. 10 x Curtis P’s (95/65)
  2. 7 x overhead squats (95/65)
  3. 10 x 1-meter Burpee broad jump (jump 1 meter, then turn around and jump 1 meter the other way)
  4. 7 x chest-to-bar pull-ups

Curtis P’s = Hang squat clean (leave the bar in the front rack position), lunge left, lunge right, then push-press
