Location: CF 671 box

A. Warm-up: Range of Motion, CF671 Standard Warm-up

B. Strength: Backsquat: 5-5-5+

C. Conditioning:

  • WOD: “Jumping Cindy” or “Jumping Mary”

AMRAP 15 minutes of either Girl WOD:

“Jumping Cindy”

  1. 5 jumping pull-ups
  2. 10 planche push-ups
  3. 15 jumping air squats

             OR

“Jumping Mary”

  1. 5 hand-stand push-ups
  2. 10 pistols (1-legged squats)
  3. 15 jumping pull-ups
