CrossFit 671 July 2011 PainStorm

On July 21, 2011, Guam celebrates the 67th anniversary of its liberation from Japanese Imperial forces by the Armed Forces of the United States. This PainStorm WOD is in honor of all those who sacrificed to make  that liberation possible:

Perform the WOD No Earlier Than July 17, 2011 and No Later Than July 23, 2011.

WOD:

“Liberation”

7 rounds for time of:

  1. 21 AbMat sit-ups
  2. 19 double-unders (or 57 single turns if unable to do double-unders)
  3. 4 deadlifts (225/185)
  4. 4 strict weigthed pull-ups (25/15) (use dumbells)
