TRC Prep (Day 9)

Location: Naval Hospital Track & Pool

Times: 0430 & 0530

A. Warm Up:
-2 Laps
(3x) Ball of foots hops w/ forward lean
(3 x 10) Carioca both directions
(3 x 10) Forward Lunge (1/2 pulls)
(3 x 10) Forward Lunge (full pulls)

B. Track WOD:

8 x 400m @ 1:35sec (+ or – 5sec) w/ 5min active rest
(note: active rest = easy jog to next start point / active movement)

C. Swim 200m
-100m free style
-25m breast stroke
-25m side stroke (left side)
-25m side stroke (right side)
-25m free style

D. Recovery
