Here is the CrossFit 671 PainStorm for June. It is dedicated to all Dads who made a positive difference in the lives of their children.

Perform the WOD No Earlier Than June 18 and No Later Than June 24.

CF671’s “Who’s Your Daddy” June Pain Storm WOD

For Time:

  1. 25 bar facing burpees
  2. 50 back squats at 60% of 1RM
  3. 40 push press at 50% of 1RM
  4. 30 front squats at 40% of 1RM
  5. 20 power cleans at 30% of 1RM
  6. 10 overhead squats at 20% of 1RM
  7. 25 bar facing burpees
