A. Warm Up

-10mins Tempo Run @ 95 cadence

B. Skill: (3 sets x 10 reps)
-Medicine Ball Clean
-Clean (w/ bar only)

C. Strength: Power Clean (3-3-3-AMRAP)
Set 1: 65% of 1RM
Set 2: 75% of 1RM
Set 3: 85% of 1RM
Set 4: 75% of 1RM (AMRAP)

D. Conditioning: 4RFT
15ea. Hang Power Cleans
15ea. Bar-facing Burpees

E. Recovery / Foam Roll
