"Subia"

Set-up a barbell heavy enough that you can push-press for six reps.

6 Rounds for Time:

2 deadlifts (use push-press 6RM weight)

2 hang squat cleans (use push-press 6RM weight)

6 push-press using (use push-press 6RM weight)

8 bar facing burpees

4 muscle-ups (if unable to do muscle-ups, sub with 8 pull-ups and 8 dips)
